Crystal Bay

Crystal Bay is situated on a pristine shoreline just across the NV / CA state line of Lake Tahoe’s North shore. The Lake Tahoe town of Crystal Bay overlooks its namesake and sits upon a tremendous granite-boulder-strewn point. There are four lively Crystal Bay casinos with a tremendous helping of live entertainment.
Homes range from lakefronts with rocky shores to panoramic  lakeview homes.  There are several condominium complexes, the most notable being Stillwater Cove, which offers residents a private marina, restaurant, tennis courts and swimming pool.

Homeowners in Crystal Bay typically enjoy either panoramic lake-views or waterfront home-sites with the majority of homes situated mountain-side sloping dramatically down to Hwy 28 and the lake. If privacy and stunning lake-views over Crystal Bay are desired, most all homes here provide these options. Diamond Peak Ski Resort, fine dining & shopping are a short drive to the east while the North Shore Casinos at the state-line are within a mile or less. Convenient shops and dining are also a short drive to the west at Kings Beach with beach access all along this portion of Tahoe’s north shore. Owners also have a convenient drive to Reno with Mount Rose Hwy (437) connection close-by and just 31 miles to Reno.
